Verschiedenen Experten und Studien zufolge soll Künstliche Intelligenz (KI) mittel- bis langfristig in der Lage sein, die Kosten im Bereich der Automobilproduktion zu senken und gleichzeitig die Qualität zu verbessern. Damit dies auch so eintreten kann, braucht man jedoch nicht nur die richtige Technik an der richtigen Stelle, sondern auch Mitarbeiter, die die neue Technologie annehmen und nutzen. Zu der Frage, welche Faktoren hier eine Rolle spielen, wurde in der Vergangenheit bereits am Schöller-Stiftungslehrstuhl für Digitalisierung geforscht. Ziel dieser Masterarbeit ist es, die bereits gewonnenen qualitativen Erkenntnisse im nächsten Schritt quantitativ zu überprüfen. Hierzu befragt werden sollen Linienarbeiter und Instandhalter, die derzeit bei einem Automobilproduzenten beschäftigt sind. Sofern Sie also durch vorherige Praktika, Werkstudententätigkeiten oder aus Ihrem privaten Umfeld heraus Zugang zu diesen Personengruppen haben und Sie gerne aktiv im Bereich der Zukunft der Automobilindustrie neue Erkenntnisse erarbeiten wollen, dürfte diese Masterarbeit genau das Richtige für Sie sein! In this thesis students should analyze digital work systems. These work systems can either be changed because of a new digital technology being implemented or suffer from some challenges such that a recommendation on how to improve the design of the work system is required. In this thesis students should conducted interviews with participants of these work systems and use work system theory to analyze them. This thesis should be written with partners from industry. Students can also develop a teaching case that can be used to teach these lessons learnt to students and managers. In this thesis students should analyze Enterprise Social Networking or the use of Enterprise Social Media in organization. This can be done by conducting case studies and interviews with organizations offering ESN or with employees using ESN at their work. The master thesis can also consist of literature analysis of case studies reported in the literature to summarize the major lessons learnt from past research in this area. Another opportunity is to develop guidelines what organizations and individuals need to consider when offering ESN or when using them for work. The thesis aims to compare human-human interactions with automated human-computer interactions and to work out which features of digital counseling systems enable or inhibit the acceptance of such systems. Since May 2018, the DSGVO has been fully applied and companies have had to adapt their business models and processes with regard to data protection requirements. The aim of the final papers is to carry out case studies in order to determine which changes companies, sports associations, clubs or other organizations had to make in order to implement the requirements of the DSGVO. Internet and technology based recruiting is already a common approach in human resource management (HRM) and e-recruiting has significantly spread in recent years. From an organizations point of view there are numerous advantages, e.g. increased speed of application handling. But what do candidates think of automated recruiting and the use of AI? The subject of this thesis is to analyze how job seekers assess automated recruiting and the use of AI in the recruiting process. Das OZG (Onlinezugangsgesetz) verpflichtet Behörden bis Ende 2022 alle Leistungen online zur Verfügung zu stellen. Die betroffenen Behörden auf Bundes-, Landes-, Kommunalebene setzen derzeit unterschiedliche Systeme und Techniken hierfür ein. Die Spannbreite reicht vom auszu-druckenden PDF-Formular bis zur durchgängigen online-Bearbeitung. Anforderungen an die Lö-sungen ergeben sich aus den Kriterien Authentifizierung, Vertraulichkeit, Integrität der Daten, Schriftformerfordernis und zeitlicher Nachweis der Antragstellung.

In Kooperation mit der Stadt Erlangen soll ein Rahmenkonzept für die Umsetzung der Anforderun-gen des OZG erarbeitet werden. Dabei sind einheitliche Prozessschritte zu erheben und auf erfor-derlichen (Micro-)Services unter Berücksichtigung der bisherigen IT-Infrastruktur der Stadt Erlan-gen abzubilden. Der Einsatz vorhandener Lösungskomponente und noch zu erwartende Lösun-gen auf Bundes- und Landesebene sind zu erörtern. Auch sollte das Potenzial einer interkommu-nalen Zusammenarbeit auf Bundes-, Landes- und Kommunalebene erforscht und ggf. Strategien zur konkreten Umsetzung ermittelt werden.
